I'm building my first PC and everything seems to power on fine — the fan LEDs light up, but the fans themselves aren't spinning. Any ideas on what could be going wrong?

Which fans are you referring to? Are they case fans?
Have you daisy-chained your fans correctly? Also, make sure that the 4-pin cable is connected to either a PWM or system fan port on your motherboard.
Yes, they're the case fans. The CPU fan is actually spinning, but the others aren't.
