I've got two Crucial 64GB DDR4 RAM sticks (2 x 32GB, 3200MHz) installed in my PRIME B760-PLUS D4 motherboard, but here's the catch: only one of them works at a time. If I plug in either stick by itself, it works fine, but when I try to use both, only one is detected. I've also tested my VENGEANCE 32GB (2 x 16GB, 3200MHz) sticks, and they have the same issue. I have switched the slots around, and the BIOS recognizes both sticks; however, Windows only shows one stick being used, indicating it's only utilizing 32GB from one of them.

Make sure you've double-checked the motherboard manual to see if you're installing the RAM in the correct slots. Sometimes, the slots have specific configurations for dual channel memory, and getting it right is crucial.
Your motherboard might have limitations on how much memory it can actually support. Just because the slots fit doesn't mean it's fully compatible. Check the specs and make sure there's nothing restricting you there!
It looks like the board should be able to handle it, so it might just be a config or compatibility issue. Hopefully, it's nothing too serious!
It could also be a Windows setting issue. Try pressing Win+R, type in msconfig, go to the boot tab, then advanced options, and check the maximum memory setting. Set it to 61440 or try unchecking it altogether, then restart your PC.
I tried that, but it seems to revert back to 0 after restarting. Guessing it might just be a bug or something.

Yeah, definitely! I've found that motherboards can be pretty picky about RAM slot configurations, so go through the manual again.
