I'm having trouble using the Run command to open the AppData folder. When I try to type %appdata% in Run, it directs me to a file that just opens a strange file called PC. I'm not sure what's going wrong here. I'm trying to purge something related to Medal because it won't open, but I ended up with this incomprehensible output (I tried to open it in Notepad). Can anyone help me figure this out?

I'm just trying to fix Medal since it won't open, so I typed %appdata% in Run, and then it asked how to open the file 'PC'. I ended up opening it with Notepad and pasted what I got.
