I've been having trouble accessing my boot menu because my keyboard isn't responding during startup. I can't get into the BIOS either. I tried accessing the BIOS through Windows repair, but again, my mouse and keyboard are unresponsive there. I've already changed the CMOS battery and experimented with different connections. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you're able to get into Windows, try restarting and spamming the F2 key while holding down the Fn key. That might allow you to access the BIOS.
To help you out, I'll need to know the make and model of your PC or motherboard, and whether it's a laptop or desktop. Also, which operating system are you using?
It’s good to hear that your keyboard works when booted into Windows. Just make sure you’re using a wired keyboard, as that can help. Also, try updating Windows if you haven’t already.
