I've run into a frustrating situation with Microsoft. After not playing Minecraft for about a year, I tried to log back in but forgot my password. After too many incorrect attempts, my account got locked. I waited the usual 24 hours and regained access to my emails, but now I'm facing issues logging into any other Microsoft services. When I try to use the recovery page, I hit submit, and nothing happens—no error messages, no feedback at all. I'm stuck and can't access anything I've bought legitimately through Microsoft, and I can't find a way to contact customer support or fill out any forms that work. Is there really no direct email to get in touch with them? At this point, I'm considering reaching out to local authorities since companies in my country are required to provide accessible services for issues with paid products. Any suggestions?

Have you tried checking if there's a ticket number you can use for support? Sometimes, that can help in getting through to customer service, but I know it can be tricky when you can't even log in. It might be worth a shot!
Honestly, with how much money Microsoft makes, they're not likely to spend time helping out with individual cases like yours. It's frustrating for sure, but they know most people will keep using their products anyway. It’s the sad reality of big corporations.
They're facing lawsuits in my country for dishonest practices. So, I guess this will just add to the pile of complaints!

I can't even create a ticket without logging in. It's just a vicious cycle!
