I'm having an issue with my mobile hotspot where I can use the internet just fine and download files without any problems. However, whenever I try to connect to a game server, I get kicked out. The weird thing is that my friend's hotspot works perfectly for gaming. Is there any way to fix this?

It sounds like your service provider might be blocking certain ports that are necessary for gaming when you're using your mobile hotspot. This could be why you're getting disconnected. You could check with them to see if that's the case.
Have you looked at your hotspot speed? It might be worth checking your speeds while using the hotspot and also confirming who your provider is. Sometimes, slower speeds can affect your gaming performance.
