I'm planning to build my first PC and have already designed a budget-friendly build. I'm curious about how challenging it is for a beginner to actually assemble the parts. Also, I could use some tips on convincing my parents that I'm capable of handling it. By the way, I'm looking at a Gigabyte 27" GS27QA IPS QHD 180Hz 1ms screen to go with it!

I’m a total newbie to PCs too, but I managed to build mine without any issues! Just find a couple of YouTube tutorials and take your time. Good luck, and don't rush it!
Building a PC is like putting together fancy Legos! There are loads of great YouTube videos out there that provide step-by-step guides, so you won't be lost. Just follow along, and you'll be fine!
For what it's worth, I think your budget is impressive, but I’m not a huge fan of the AMD X versions. They tend to run hotter and use more power for minimal gains. You might save some cash going with the regular version and invest more in your graphics card instead! Also, be cautious – when building, avoid touching the socket pins or any gold connections. And build on a table to avoid static; carpets can be tricky!
Your build looks decent, just a heads up though, I think the CPU cooler you're considering is overpriced. The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 is a good alternative that performs just as well. Consider that option!
Honestly, it might be easier than you think! Sure, it’s not a walk in the park, but every component has a detailed installation video. If you stick to your list on the parts picker website, everything should go smoothly. Just remember to use the motherboard’s installer once you're set up; it’s super helpful!

Awesome, thanks for the tip! I’ve seen a few videos from LTT – do you have any favorites?
