I've been struggling to connect to WiFi on all my devices for about a month now, but my roommate has no issues whatsoever. I suspect it might be related to unplugging a WiFi extender that I was using before we switched to a cable connection. We've tried rebooting the main router multiple times, but nothing seems to work. What else can I do to resolve this?

It sounds like a tricky situation. Since you've already rebooted the router, I would suggest trying to forget the network on your devices and then reconnecting with the password provided by your roommate. Also, check to see if your roommate has any device set up that only recognizes certain MAC addresses; that would be rare, but it's worth checking.
Have you tried checking if the WiFi password was changed? Sometimes it can be a simple mistake like that. If your roommate’s devices are still connected, you might want to ask them to share the password with you and try forgetting the network on your devices before reconnecting.
