Why can’t I play Marvel Rivals or Arc Raiders on my new PC?

I've built a powerful gaming PC for over $3,000 and even took it to two different IT shops where it passed stress tests and the games ran fine. However, when I try to run either Marvel Rivals or Arc Raiders at home, I can't even get past the loading screen. I've tried hardwiring it and bought a WiFi 6 router from Spectrum, but I'm still stuck. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Since the games run fine elsewhere, you may want to look into your home network. Check your internet speeds and see if you get the same performance on wired and wireless connections. If you’re experiencing crashes at home but not at the shop, it could be a network issue inhibiting your access to the game servers.

3GB of RAM sounds a bit low for gaming, especially if it’s DDR5. If the game is crashing during loading, that can indicate a problem with the hardware or network connectivity. Have you checked your home network security settings? There might be a chance your internet service provider has restricted access to some game servers.

Definitely check your graphics drivers to see if they need an update. When you first get a PC built, sometimes it uses default drivers that might not work well with your games. It’s crucial to update them for better compatibility!

It sounds like you're missing some crucial details. Can you share your PC specs? Knowing whether you’re getting any error messages will really help us diagnose the issue. Also, have you checked if your games are being blocked somehow?
