I'm having trouble taking screenshots on my computer. When I hit F8, it doesn't give me the option to screenshot, and none of the other keyboard shortcuts seem to work either. The F8 key on my computer is the Print Screen key, and while the Snipping Tool opens, I can't actually take screenshots with it. I'm not able to show you what it looks like, but it seems like something's not right.

If the PrtScn key isn't working, you might need to enable it in your system settings. Look for the accessibility section and check if the keyboard shortcuts are set up properly. Also, on a Surface Go, you can take screenshots by pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons together.
What type of computer do you have? Is it a desktop or a laptop? If your keyboard has function keys, look for an 'Fn' key or one labeled 'FB lock.' It's possible you accidentally turned it on. Also, you might want to check the settings for accessibility and keyboard to ensure everything is enabled.
If you're using a Surface Go without a keyboard, you can take screenshots by pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time. When you do this, the screen will dim to show that the screenshot was taken, and you'll find the image saved in your 'Pictures' folder under 'Screenshots.' Alternatively, you can try Windows Key + Shift + S, though you mentioned having issues with the Snipping Tool.
F8 isn't typically used for screenshots on most systems. If you're on Windows, you should try pressing the PrtScn key to copy the screen to your clipboard, or use Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool for more options. For Mac users, the shortcuts are Command + Shift + 3 for the full screen and Command + Shift + 4 to select a part of the screen.
