I just upgraded my CPU because my old one couldn't run Windows 11, especially with Windows 10 reaching its end of life soon. However, I'm still hitting a wall trying to upgrade to Windows 11 through the Installation Assistant. I ran the WhyNotWin11 tool, and it pointed out I needed to switch from CSM to UEFI, which I did. But now, WhyNotWin11 says everything is compatible, yet the Installation Assistant still says my system isn't ready for the upgrade. I'm also seeing that Microsoft's PC Health Check says I should be good to go. What could be going wrong that WhyNotWin11 doesn't detect?

Have you checked your TPM settings in the BIOS? Windows 11 needs TPM version 2.0 for compatibility. If your BIOS settings are off, you might still run into issues when trying to upgrade.
Yeah, I checked and my TPM version is 2.0, so that shouldn't be the problem.
