I'm confused about why my PC isn't compatible with Windows 11 when it seems to fulfill all the requirements. I built this PC back in 2020, and here's the setup: I'm currently running Windows 10 Home, using an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, with 16 GB of RAM, and an MPG B550 GAMING PLUS motherboard. Can anyone help me understand what might be causing this issue?

I faced a similar issue recently. It turned out that a specific Samsung SSD combination was blacklisted by Microsoft. Look in the Event Viewer to see if there’s any error code related to your setup. Sometimes cloning to a different SSD can solve the problem.
First thing to check is your BIOS settings. Make sure both Secure Boot and TPM are enabled; that’s often what needs adjusting for compatibility with Windows 11.
Consider updating your BIOS. Sometimes just tweaking the settings or updating to the latest version can clear up compatibility issues for Windows 11.
You might want to run the PC Health Check tool from Microsoft. It should provide specifics on what's blocking the update.
If everything else fails, you could bypass certain checks using CMD commands to add registry entries. Just make sure you're comfortable with that approach!
