I'm trying to return a phone to my carrier just five days after buying it, and it's been a total headache! Apple says they can't wipe it clean. I'm losing my mind here and I want this situation resolved. Has anyone else faced this issue? What can I do?

I’ve seen situations where a phone can’t be wiped due to two main reasons: either it’s physically damaged or has a profile blocking the erasure. We really need more info, like what kind of errors Apple is showing you.
Apple mentioned it was wiped, but when I took it back to the carrier, they said it’s still locked.
