I've recently built a PC after a long hiatus and decided to upgrade my storage. I opened up my computer to install a new 4TB SSD, but while the BIOS recognizes it, Windows doesn't seem to see it at all. I'm looking for advice on how to get Windows to recognize the SSD. I know how to handle OS cloning and boot priority, but I need help with getting the computer to acknowledge the SSD's existence. For context, my motherboard is a Tuff Gaming ASUS with an Intel CPU.

Have you tried using Disk Management in Windows? There’s a chance you might need to format the SSD and assign it a drive letter from there.
Did you create a new partition for the SSD in Windows? Sometimes that’s necessary for the drive to show up properly.
Just a heads up, if your Windows OS isn’t already on an SSD, I’d recommend a fresh installation on the new SSD after cloning your data. That usually gives you better performance.
You definitely need to format and partition the drive to use it. There are plenty of guides available online to walk you through the steps, and it's usually pretty straightforward.
