Why did Hamachi uninstall my Steam games?

I recently downloaded Hamachi on my E: drive, while my main disk is C:. After installing Hamachi, I noticed that almost half of my games on Steam appeared to be uninstalled, specifically those that were stored on the E: drive. To make matters worse, I discovered that I don't have proper permissions to access my own disks now. Can anyone help me figure this out? Also, the games I have on Epic Games Launcher seem to be uninstalled as well.

Just uninstall Hamachi, if that's causing the problem. Maybe it messed with your disk permissions. I've seen that happen before!

Yeah, I already tried uninstalling it, but the issue persists.

Hey! First things first, check if the uninstalled games are actually on your E: drive. If your drive isn't full, that’s a good sign. But if it's an SSD, that could rule out some issues. I’ve seen problems like this happen when the HDD fails, but since you're using an SSD, maybe it’s just a permissions issue. Make sure you got Hamachi from a trusted source too; sometimes it can be malware in disguise! Let us know what happens.

1. Yes, the games are on my E: drive. 2. My drive isn’t full. 3. Definitely an SSD. 4. I downloaded Hamachi from the official site.

If you can't see your games, try searching for the Steam/steamapps directory on your E: drive. If you find it, you can go into Steam settings and re-add the directory under Storage. Should help Steam recognize your games again!
