I recently set up iCUE and noticed that my rear and back RGB fans have stopped working. My fan configuration includes an RX120 for the rear and three QX120s for the back, while the front three LL120 fans (which came with my CORSAIR iCUE 5000T RGB Mid-Tower case) and the LED strips built into the case are still functioning perfectly. I suspect that a firmware update for the iCUE Link System Hub might have caused this issue. When I check iCUE, I see the software and hardware versions for my devices, but I can't find anywhere to adjust the settings for the hub. I've tried updating and even reinstalling Windows, but nothing has worked to get the RGB on the hub working again. Any advice would be really appreciated as this is my first time using iCUE. Thanks!

First off, double check that you’re not running any other RGB management software alongside iCUE, like HWINFO, as that can cause conflicts. I suggest doing a full shutdown and switching off your power supply for a moment to reset everything connected to the USB ports. Also, make sure that both the Commander Core and the System Hub are firmly connected to the internal USB headers. Within iCUE, go to the home tab and select the hub or Commander that your back fans are linked to; that's usually where you'll find the RGB settings for them. It can be a bit convoluted, but give it a try!
Got it! The hub doesn't appear in the home tab for me either, but I'll uninstall HWMonitor and see if that changes things.
