So, my friend was just minding his own business watching a YouTube video when suddenly, his desktop wallpaper switched to this weird Chainsaw Man video with audio blaring. He tried restarting his computer and changing the wallpaper back, but nothing worked. I stepped in and managed to kill the process using CMD with 'taskkill /f /im lively.exe', but it just pops back up after a while. Is this some kind of malware or just a glitch? What can we do to help him out? He's using the latest version of Windows.

Sounds like he might have Lively Wallpaper installed, which lets you set videos as desktop backgrounds. Try stopping it from starting up automatically or just uninstall it altogether. That should fix the issue!
It’s weird if he didn’t install it himself. Have him check his software install list to see if it’s lurking around. If it’s not there, he might want to run a malware scan just in case.
Yeah, I’ll suggest that! Better safe than sorry, right?
He mentioned he didn't download that app, though. Is it possible it came bundled with something else?
