Hey everyone, I'm encountering a strange issue. Whenever I open my context menu in Windows 11, there's an entry with Chinese characters that keeps changing. I've uninstalled some programs, but the entry remains. I tried using ShexView and even checked the registry entries, but I didn't find anything suspicious. I also ran a full scan with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes with no issues detected. Has anyone experienced this before and knows how to figure out what's causing it? When I click on it, nothing happens. Thanks for any help!

Just a heads up, making changes to BIOS settings or your disk setup can lead to data loss, so always make sure to backup your data before doing anything like that! It's always a good idea to check your data backups first.
It sounds like that entry could be a leftover from an app you might have run before, and it raises some red flags since it has no icon. It’s likely malware if you don’t remember installing anything like it. I wouldn’t recommend clicking on it. It might be best to consider doing a secure wipe and reinstalling Windows just to be safe.
You might be dealing with a shell extension that has a buffer overflow issue. It’s probably not malicious, but just buggy. You’ll need to dig a bit deeper to find out what's causing it.
