Has anyone else noticed how Microsoft support reps seem to completely miss the concept of time zones? You'll give them your availability, clearly stating the time zone, yet they often don't seem to grasp it or even glance at the notes in your support ticket. I can't help but wonder if they have some sort of ban on using tools like World Time Buddy because they rarely reach out at the right times. Has anyone had a similar experience?

It drives me insane! They usually just end up calling about things I’ve already detailed in the ticket. Seems like a waste of time, right?
Right? They send updates every week that are completely unhelpful, almost like they read from a script instead of actually solving the issue.
