I've been facing a frustrating issue where my monitors turn off, and then about 10 seconds later, my keyboard and mouse stop working too. I've done a lot to try to fix it, including updating the BIOS, checking for GPU and CPU updates, and even reseating my two 16GB RAM sticks. Right now, I'm running Windows Memory Diagnostics to see if there are any memory issues. This happens every other day, and it's really annoying because I have to do a hard shutdown by holding the power button each time, which makes me worry I'm damaging my PC. My setup includes a Ryzen 9 3900 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super GPU, and an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming motherboard with 2 TridentZ RGB DDR4 memory sticks.

Have you tried unplugging and re-plugging your keyboard and mouse? Sometimes USB ports can become inactive for some reason. Also, check the logs in the event viewer; that might help with diagnosing the issue.
Make sure your GPU is properly connected and check for any debris in the PCI port. I had a similar issue before I cleaned my PCI slot and reseated the GPU, and it really helped.
Is it really as scary as people say to take out the GPU? I've heard you need to be super careful, and I'm not exactly the most careful person!
Have you checked the exact error message that Windows is giving you? It could be a clue to what's happening. If the problem continues, definitely take a look at that next time.
I haven't checked yet, but I plan to. It's been running fine since I reseated the RAM, but I will keep an eye on it if the issue comes back.

I haven't, but it's odd since the monitors go first and then the keyboard and mouse. If they just randomly shut off, I would understand, but this sequence is weird.
