I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for the past couple of weeks where both my wired headset and keyboard disconnect unexpectedly while I'm gaming. It's odd since I haven't made any changes to my PC hardware. When they disconnect, I lose all audio from the headset and the keyboard stops working. The only way to get them functioning again is by unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable for the headset, and then a few seconds later everything seems to work fine again. Here are my specs for reference: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, MSI A520M-A pro, RX 5600XT Asus Dual Evo, Xigmatek Aqua 3 case, Bitfenix BPA 500W 80+ Standard PSU, and 2x8 2400MHz Crucial Ballistix Sport (one of which is faulty but seems to be functioning fine most of the time). Any ideas on what might be causing this?

It sounds like your USB port might be set to turn off to save power when it thinks it's not being used. I faced the same issue with a USB hub, and switching that setting off in the power management options fixed it for me! Double-check your settings and see if that helps.
Is that setting found in the BIOS or somewhere in the system settings?
