Why do Unreal Engine 5 games give me this weird glitch?

I'm experiencing a strange issue with Unreal Engine 5 games like Marvel Rivals and Super Vive. It seems to be tied to my CPU because when I disable two specific CPU cores in Task Manager's affinity, the glitch disappears. However, for some multiplayer games, I can't change the affinity due to anti-cheat restrictions. Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this glitch and how I could fix it? I've tried searching online but haven't found much help. My setup is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 with an MSI PRO B650M-A and a Radeon RX 7700 XT.

I had a similar issue with War Thunder a few weeks ago. It wasn't consistent though; it would get so bad that I couldn't see anything, but restarting the game helped temporarily. It cleared up for me for about a week, but then it started acting up again.

For me, the glitch starts the moment I boot up the game and just doesn’t go away. It's super frustrating!

This honestly sounds like it could be a CPU hardware issue. I saw something similar years ago that turned out to be a hardware problem. You mentioned isolating the affected cores, and it makes sense because not every game uses all cores, but Unreal Engine games usually do. You might want to dig deeper into your hardware.

I had that suspicion too, but I ran some diagnostics on my CPU and didn't find any errors. I mostly used the default settings, so maybe I need to check it out more thoroughly.
