I'm experiencing an issue where my computer continuously prompts me to log into iboss whenever I'm at home. This problem doesn't occur when I'm at work. I suspect it might be related to my Wi-Fi, but a coworker is experiencing the same issue. Interestingly, when he switches to his wife's computer, it works fine. I'm using an EliteBook with Windows 11 Education. This problem started just last night. I also borrowed a school computer, and it faced the same issue. Since I don't have a personal computer, I rely on my work device for nearly everything. Can anyone help me with this?

It sounds like your school's IT department has implemented some security measures that are causing these login prompts outside of the school network. They might require a VPN connection when you're at home, which explains why your coworker's computer works fine on his home network. I'd recommend reaching out to your school’s IT department as they can provide you with the best guidance.
Just a heads up: modifying system settings can risk data loss, so make sure you have backups ready before making any changes. But this really sounds like something that needs to be addressed directly with your IT support.
I actually work for the district and can say that iboss is a security software they installed. Unfortunately, it can’t be removed or changed on your own. You’ll need to follow the login steps given by the school for it to work properly. If you continue having issues, make sure to report it to someone in IT as they can help you further.
