Hey everyone! I'm new here and could use some advice about an issue I'm facing with my gaming laptop. I've been playing a lot of Overwatch 2 recently, and for the past couple of weeks, I've noticed that every time I try to launch the game, my laptop just keeps shutting on and off. It's not a full crash; more like it just goes into this weird cycle of trying to wake up and then turning back off, almost like it's playing dead. I've tried setting all my graphics to medium, and it worked briefly, but now it doesn't seem to matter what the settings are. Can anyone help figure out what might be going on?

First off, are you using a third-party power adapter? Sometimes those can cause weird stability issues, especially with gaming laptops. Just a thought!
Nope, I’m using the power adapter that came with the laptop. It's an Omen 16 model, if that helps!
