I've got a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 that has been causing some serious issues with my home Wi-Fi. Whenever I power it on and it connects to the internet, it shuts off the Wi-Fi for all devices in the house. The modem usually reconnects, but the connection drops again when I'm using the laptop. I'm stumped about what's causing this and would appreciate any simple explanations or suggestions on how to fix it!

This sounds pretty odd! Have you checked for any malware on your laptop? It's possible something sneaky is going on. If you could share the model and specs, it might help diagnose the issue better.

I don't think it's malware. I have McAfee running. I'll run another scan just to be sure. The laptop is an IdeaPad 3.
