Hey everyone, I'm new to the PC world and having a bit of trouble. I've got a brand new PC that I've been using for about a month, but it keeps tripping my breaker. The first time it happened, I got a surge protector, and everything seemed fine until today when it tripped again. No matter where I plug in the monitor, it keeps tripping the breaker. I can't really move my PC anywhere else since it has to be next to my modem for wired internet. I'm not sure what to do about this issue, so any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like something in the setup is causing the breaker to trip. Since you're unable to relocate your PC, see if you can move other devices on the same circuit to lower the load. Otherwise, consider getting a Wi-Fi card so you can move the PC to a different room if needed. Also, do you know the amperage of the circuit? That might help diagnose the problem better.
I don't know the amperage of the breaker since I live in a unit.
