I've got a PC with the following specs: Core i3 8100, Gigabyte B360M HD3 motherboard, 16 GB of 2400MHz RAM, a WD Green SATA SSD, a WD Blue 1TB HDD, and a Gigabyte RX 570 4GB GPU. Recently, I updated the BIOS for my motherboard, and ever since, my PC takes exactly 50 seconds at the motherboard logo screen before the Windows loading logo appears. I've tried a few things: enabling fast boot to ultra fast, clearing the CMOS battery and resetting to optimized settings, and turning off XMP. Is there a fix for this delay, or any software that might help?

Have you tried turning off USB booting and locking the BIOS to UEFI only? Sometimes that can help speed up the boot process.
