I'm building a new PC with the following specs: H610M-K motherboard, Intel i5 13600 KF CPU, RTX 2080 S GPU, and 16GB of DDR4 3000MHz RAM. Initially, the system wouldn't boot and kept crashing. I suspected it might be due to my SSD, which previously had Windows installed from an AMD setup. I'm now trying to install Windows from a USB drive, but every time I reach the "Login to Microsoft" screen, the system crashes and restarts. Any advice on what to do?

I ran into a similar problem when I switched CPUs. Make sure your motherboard is fully compatible with the i5, and double-check if you need to install drivers from the USB before going online. It can make a difference!
Also, make sure your USB drive is created properly. Use tools like Rufus to create a bootable USB, and if possible, try a different USB port or stick.
