Why Does My New PC Keep Restarting Randomly?

I recently built a new PC, and I'm experiencing an issue where it randomly restarts while I'm browsing or playing games. This started about two days ago. I checked the event viewer, but it didn't provide any useful information. I had an old HDD from my previous setup that I initially plugged in but have since unplugged, so all my components are brand new now. I ran an OCCT test, and the PC didn't restart during that. I've also updated the BIOS. The restarts seem to happen within a 20-40 minute range after starting up. Here are my specs:

- Ryzen 5 7600x
- RX 9070xt
- 850W 80 Gold Thermaltake PSU
- B650 Eagle AX motherboard
- 2 TB Crucial M.2 SSD
- 2 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM

I'd appreciate any insights on what might be causing this issue.

First off, have you checked your CPU cooler? You mentioned that it's a Cooler Master Hyper 212. While it's generally a good cooler, it might not be sufficient under high loads. If it's reaching around 70°C while gaming, that could be a sign of overheating. If the CPU overheats, it could lead to a restart to protect itself. It might be worth considering getting a more robust cooler if you plan to do heavy gaming or overclocking.

Have you checked all your connections, especially the power cables? Sometimes a loose connection can cause random restarts as well. Also, consider monitoring the system temperatures using software like HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner to see if anything is overheating. If temperatures look fine and connections are good, it might also be worth running a memory test to rule out RAM issues.
