I'm experiencing issues with a brand new PNY 5080 GPU where it crashes whenever it's under 100% load, such as during games like Steel Nomad or benchmarks like Heaven. The screen goes black, and all the fans in my PC stop until I power it off. I've tried several troubleshooting steps: I've tested with two different power supplies (a Corsair RM 1000x and the included adapter, as well as a separate GPU adapter for three PCIe connections), reset my BIOS (on a Z390 Phantom Gaming motherboard with a 9900K processor), performed a clean installation of Windows, and updated to various NVIDIA drivers. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've encountered similar issues before. Have you cleaned your drivers completely and tried reinstalling them? Sometimes remnants of old drivers can cause crashes with new hardware.
It sounds like your GPU is overheating or not receiving enough power. Have you tried using different PCIe slots? Sometimes switching them can help. Also, checking that all connections are secure is a good idea. If none of that works, you might want to consider reaching out to Amazon for a potential replacement.
I'd suggest replacing the GPU as a last resort. But before doing that, ensure you've properly tested all potential issues because replacing components can get costly.
