I've been having an annoying problem where my PC freezes for a few seconds, then goes back to normal. I noticed that these freezes happen exactly every 5 minutes. I'm not sure what's causing it and would love some advice on how to troubleshoot the issue.

You might want to check the task manager to see if any program is spiking right at the 5-minute mark. That could give you a clue about what's going on!
Also, consider looking into scheduled tasks. Sometimes, a task running every so often can cause these kind of freezes.
