Why does my PC health check say I’m good for Windows 11, but I keep getting a popup saying I’m not?

I ran the PC health check tool, and it shows all requirements for Windows 11 are met. However, I keep getting this message from Windows 10 saying that my PC isn't compatible with Windows 11 due to 'hardware limitations.' I've also noticed that Windows Update hasn't offered me the upgrade option yet. I suspect there might be an issue with secure boot—my PC supports it, but it isn't enabled, even though the health check says it is supported. Can anyone help clarify what's going on?

You might want to try downloading 'whynotwin11' from GitHub. It checks for compatibility, and if that tool confirms your PC is ready, you can then grab the standalone Windows 11 Update Assistant. It usually runs its own checks and can help you start the upgrade process smoothly.

I downloaded it, and it confirmed that my PC can support Windows 11. It’s just that annoying Windows 10 popup that keeps telling me I can’t upgrade!

First off, make sure to back up your data before messing with any BIOS settings or system changes—just in case things go south. As for the popup, it might be a good idea to check your BIOS settings to see if secure boot is enabled. If it isn’t, enable it and see if that makes a difference. Also, there’s a great FAQ thread that could guide you through common issues like this one if you're interested!
