Why Does My PC Keep Restarting After Upgrading GPU and CPU?

Hey everyone, I recently upgraded my PC with a new GPU (GeForce 3060) and a CPU (Ryzen 5600X) but now it keeps restarting shortly after I turn it on—around 20 seconds in. There's nothing displayed on the screen, and I'm using an ASROCK B450 motherboard with a 650-watt power supply. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Have you checked if your CPU and GPU are seated correctly in their slots? It's a common issue when upgrading. If everything is in place, it's still worth double-checking your connections to ensure everything is seated properly and powered up.

Oh, I do have Windows installed on my SSD. I previously used a different SSD and GPU.

Just to clarify, was it a different CPU and GPU you used before?

It sounds like it might be a power issue since you've got a 3060 paired with a 650W PSU. It's also possible you have a faulty motherboard. Try booting without the GPU installed. If you have another PSU available that's equally powerful or better, give that a shot too!

I tried booting it without the GPU, and it still doesn't start up.

Also, I noticed there’s no info on the disks. It might be that the OS isn’t recognized or the BIOS can't find it, leading to the auto-reboots.
