I recently upgraded my setup from an LGA1200 motherboard to an AM5 platform, and I also got a new power supply and case. Since the upgrade, my PC has been restarting once a day, and I keep getting the Kernel-Power 41 error. The odd part is that it can run games for hours without a hitch, but sometimes it restarts even when I'm not doing anything. Here are my specs:
* **CPU:** Ryzen 5 7500f
* **GPU:** RX 6600
* **RAM:** Lexar Ares RGB Gen2 6000Mhz CL30
* **Motherboard:** GIGABYTE B650M AORUS ELITE
* **PSU:** BE QUIET PURE POWER 12 550W

Are you running any overclocks? Did you enable XMP or EXPO for your RAM? Also, when you upgraded, did you do a fresh OS install or just transfer your old drive?
I faced the same issue not long ago. I downgraded my BIOS to the second most recent version and reset my CMOS battery. I also removed some cable extensions I was using. After those changes, my PC hasn't restarted at all.
Sounds like it might be a RAM issue, to be honest. Have you checked if everything is seated properly?
I went through the same hassle for months. Initially, I thought it was the PSU, but replacing it didn’t solve anything. Eventually, I found some bent CPU pins on my old motherboard. After switching to a new motherboard and updating the firmware for my SSD, the restarts stopped completely.
I had a similar problem. I updated the chipset drivers from the AMD website and switched my Windows power settings to 'Performance' instead of 'Balanced'. Since then, I haven't had any issues. Just a thought, but it seemed like a recent Windows update might have affected certain hardware setups.

I tried your suggestions, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue for me.
