I'm having a tough time getting my PC to run properly with XMP enabled. Every single time I try to turn it on, it resets my BIOS settings. I've tried researching and tweaking different settings for hours now, but nothing seems to work. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 5500, 16 GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4 3600 RAM, a B450 Aorus Elite V2 motherboard, and an RTX 2060 graphics card. I'm at a complete standstill and could really use some help!

Enabling XMP adjusts your RAM settings automatically to match specified frequencies, voltages, and timings, which can sometimes cause issues. You could manually set these values in the BIOS instead of using XMP. Try setting the recommended DRAM voltage first and reboot. If that works, adjust the RAM frequency to 3600 MHz next. If there are still issues, testing with just one stick of RAM or trying different motherboard slots might help identify a faulty module. Also, ensure your BIOS is up to date!
I updated my BIOS, and now I'm going to try those manual settings next!
Make sure to check the memory compatibility on your motherboard's website. Not all RAM is guaranteed to work perfectly, even if it looks like it should be compatible.
Yeah, I checked and it is listed as compatible.
Unfortunately, none of those steps worked for me.
