Why Does My PC Show ‘No Internet’ When I’m Connected to WiFi?

I woke up to find my PC displaying a 'No internet' message even though it's connected to my home WiFi network. Google Chrome, Discord, and Steam are all working fine, but Spotify shows as 'offline', and when I try to install Windows updates, it says it will retry when connected to the internet. I've already tried doing a network reset and disabling plus enabling the WiFi drivers, but nothing seems to fix it. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm really confused about what's going on.

Have you tried running a DNS flush? You can do this by opening the command prompt and typing 'ipconfig /flushdns'. It might help clear up the issue.
