My PC powers on fine but shuts down after a few minutes. It first happened yesterday and after waiting around 10-15 minutes, it started up again and ran for a few hours without issues. However, today it only stays on for about a minute before shutting down again. I've already checked that all connections are secure. I noticed an error in the event viewer related to Intel Management Engine. Here are my specs:
- CPU: Intel i7-9700
- Mobo: MSI MPG-Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3200 MHz
- GPU: ASUS STRIX RTX 2070
- Power Supply: Corsair RM 850e

Yeah, it could definitely be a heat issue. I'd recommend monitoring your CPU temperature. It might be running in the normal range at about 35-45 degrees Celsius, but sometimes heat issues can still occur with those temps.
It sounds like your PC might be overheating. You could try using a hair dryer on one air duct and a vacuum on another to clean it out. A can of compressed air can help too. Overheating often happens due to lack of airflow or a cooler that’s failing. Good luck!
I’ll give that a shot. Could the cooler be losing contact with the CPU? The cooler's fan is spinning, but just checking!

I’ve noticed similar temps for both the CPU and GPU, which seemed fine. It’s good to know others think it might still be heat-related!
