Hey everyone, I've had my computer for about four months now, and I recently noticed something odd. I have a Lian Li Lian Cool 216RW white case with a Liquid Freezer 3 Pro AIO cooler, an RTX 5070 Palit 3X Windforce GPU, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, 32GB G.Skill RAM, an ASRock B850 Phantom Gaming WiFi motherboard, and a Be Quiet Pure Power 13 modular PSU. The weird thing is that even after I turn off the power supply using the button, the back case fan pulsates and continues to spin slowly. Is this normal, or should I be concerned about it? I've attached a short video of it for context.

Just to add to that, it could also be that the fan is getting power from the motherboard even when the PSU is off. If you're really concerned, you could check your motherboard settings in the BIOS for options regarding fan behavior on shutdown. Most of the time, though, it's not a big issue.
Hey! What you're seeing is pretty common, especially with modern setups. Sometimes, a small amount of residual power can keep fans spinning after shutdown, usually from motherboard capacitors discharging. It’s generally nothing to worry about unless the fan is running at high speed or making weird noises. You could try fully unplugging your PC to see if that makes a difference, but it's likely just normal behavior for your system.
