Hey everyone! I have a Samsung phone, and my mom drives a BMW. Lately, I've noticed that my phone connects to her car, even when she's over 15 miles away. It usually happens when I'm at school listening to music. I'm not really sure how car Bluetooth works or what the normal connection range is. This has happened several times, and I've already tried removing her car from my phone's Bluetooth settings. Can anyone explain what might be going on? Thanks for your help!

It sounds like there might be a misunderstanding about how your phone is connecting to the car. There’s a chance that you aren't actually connected to the BMW at all, or that it's much closer than you think. How are you figuring out that your phone is connected? Like, what makes you think it's linked to her car?
Well, she called me saying my music was playing from my phone. It’s happened a few times, so when my music cuts out, I always check what I’m connected to. Spotify shows that I’m connected to the BMW.
