I've been having this frustrating issue where my screen randomly goes black when I'm playing any game. It started a few weeks ago after it had been working fine with games like Half Life and Phasmophobia. Now, whenever I try to play anything, my screen will go black every few seconds and then come back, or it becomes too laggy to enjoy. Right now, Half Life is running, and the screen keeps flickering black. Initially, my AMD software got uninstalled for some reason, and after reinstalling it, it only worked for a day or two before uninstalling itself again. I've tried this process a few times, and it keeps repeating. I even wiped my PC and reinstalled everything, but nothing has worked. I'm not tech-savvy at all, so if you could explain things simply, that would be great.

It sounds like there might be a problem with your display settings. Can you provide your PC specs, especially the GPU and monitor details? Sometimes having your monitor's refresh rate set too high can cause issues like this. Also, if you recently updated Windows, check if it's messing with your AMD drivers! That's a common issue.
I don’t know half those words you just said!
