I recently upgraded my setup by getting a second OLED monitor, replacing an older IPS model with some dead pixels. However, I'm having trouble because now only two out of my three monitors display a signal. The third monitor, which is a small one inside my PC case, doesn't seem to work when the second OLED is connected, even though all three were functioning perfectly before. I've already tried lowering the refresh rate, getting Windows to detect it, using DDU to reset the drivers, and even restarting my PC, but nothing seems to help.

It sounds like your graphics card might be struggling with the load. You mentioned that you have a 4070 Ti Super, but depending on the resolutions and refresh rates of your other two monitors, it could be maxing out its capacity with all three connected. Have you checked the max outputs for your GPU? Sometimes, GPUs can only manage a certain number of pixels at once, especially if some monitors are high-res or high-refresh rate.
Definitely check your video card specs and how many displays it can handle simultaneously. If your two 27" OLEDs are pushing a lot of pixels, adding a third smaller monitor could overwhelm it. It might help to experiment with different configurations or settings to see if you can get them all to play nicely together. Also, confirm that all cables are plugged in securely!
