I'm currently building a PC, but I'm stuck with a problem: only a single stick of RAM in the A2 slot is functioning. When I try to use two sticks, I get a red DRAM error LED on my Gigabyte motherboard. I've already reseated the RAM and experimented with different slots and combinations, but it's still only working with one stick. I've verified that the RAM is compatible with my motherboard and that it supports dual channel. Interestingly, with the single stick installed, the DRAM error disappears but then shifts to a VGA error. Everything appears to be plugged in properly; the fans spin with both RAM sticks, but they only light up when just one stick is installed. Both sticks light up with RGB, indicating they're connected, but I can't get past the DRAM error with two. I've also tried adjusting my CPU cooler without success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! My setup includes: Gigabyte B560 Eagle AX motherboard, Ryzen 7700x CPU, G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5 32GB, RX 7900xt GPU, and a Thermalright Aqua Elite 360 V3 CPU AIO cooler.

Have you reseated the CPU? Make sure to check for any debris in the socket or any bent pins while you're at it. That can sometimes resolve issues with RAM not being recognized.
You might want to try updating the BIOS. Sometimes an outdated BIOS can cause RAM compatibility issues. If you've already done that and it hasn't helped, then it could be a defective motherboard causing the problem.
