My little brother was browsing the internet and came across a site that had a Cloudflare verification check. He clicked the checkbox and was directed to run a command using Win+R. I found a report on this at (https://any.run/report/cc234b5dd2fccf80bbc943c21278da0b9be00db96d0169b29a1d83886f057ba6/d92e7042-7170-40a0-888c-b7f24768c0b2). My antivirus keeps alerting me that "this URL has been blocked" repeatedly, even when I close the browser. I immediately turned off the Wi-Fi and restarted my PC, but the antivirus notifications keep coming back. I'm not very tech-savvy, and my antivirus hasn't detected any malware. What should I do next?

If your brother didn't actually run the command, your system should be okay. But if he did run it, I'd recommend reinstalling Windows from a USB stick. Don't forget to change all your passwords and enable two-factor authentication on your accounts. A password manager can also help keep your login details secure.

But if I reinstall Windows, will I lose all my files and pictures? I already use two-factor authentication on everything!
