I'm having a weird issue with my computer setup. I have a 4 TB SSD that I want to transfer to another PC, but whenever I uninstall it, my system prompts me to select a proper boot drive on reboot. The NVMe drive is set as the boot drive, yet the 4 TB SSD is causing issues. In BIOS, the NVMe drive isn't listed as the boot manager, but the 4 TB drive is. I configured my setup with just the NVMe drive at first, then added two old SSDs, and finally the 4 TB drive. What's going on?

Post a screenshot of your disk management. That could help clarify where your boot partition is. If the EFI does end up on the wrong drive, you'll need to move it back to your NVMe to avoid the boot issues when you take out the 4 TB.
Hey, it sounds like your EFI partition is on the 4 TB SSD instead of the NVMe drive. This can happen if multiple drives were connected during the Windows setup. You should check your disk management for where the EFI partition is located. If it's not on the system drive, you might need to move it. You can find guides online for that.
Backup your data first before making changes. It's always a good idea to have a safety net just in case something goes wrong. You might want to look up "how to move EFI partition" if that's the issue. There are tools that can simplify the process for you.

That's a good point! Should I do that manually, or is there software that can help with moving the EFI partition?
