I just upgraded my SSD from SATA to NVMe and reinstalled Windows. Initially, the ASUS logo would flash briefly when my PC booted up, but now it only shows a black screen before going directly to Windows. The logo does appear when I restart the PC, though. Is this normal?

You could try adjusting the logo display time in the BIOS settings. Just restart your PC and hit DEL or F12 to get into BIOS, and you should find an option to change that. As long as everything else is working fine, you’re likely good to go!
Yep, you can definitely change the logo visibility settings in the BIOS. Check it out, and you should be able to adjust what you see during boot-up.
You can also disable the motherboard logo in the BIOS altogether. If that's something you prefer, just dive into those settings and you’ll find the option for it.
It’s not a major issue unless you need to access BIOS but the booting is too quick now. Some motherboards have software for direct BIOS access, and you might even get into UEFI by holding SHIFT while selecting restart from Windows. If you're having shutdown issues or just want a bit more time, look for the fast boot option in your BIOS.
It sounds like you might have fast boot enabled in your BIOS. That can cause the motherboard logo to skip over during startup, so it goes straight to Windows. It's usually fine unless you need to access BIOS during startup.

Oh, and if you want to get to BIOS without spamming keys, you can use the advanced restart option in Windows. It takes you right to the BIOS page.
