So, my mom opened her work phone today and found that every app has disappeared except for her settings, phone, an authenticator, and an app for downloading company-approved apps. It's strange because when she tries to pull up the search bar, the missing apps don't show up at all. If she attempts to redownload them, it just gets stuck loading without actually starting the download. She's also restarted the phone to see if that helps. Any ideas on what might be going on?

Sounds like a classic issue with work devices. Sometimes, company policies can remove access to certain apps if there's a security update or an issue with the device management settings. If IT can’t assist quickly, she might want to try a factory reset, but only if she's sure it's backed up!
Is this phone managed by her company? If so, the IT department should be handling the app issues. They have control over what apps are installed and can push changes remotely. It might be worth having her follow up with them.
Yeah, but they basically just told her to restart the phone. Not super helpful, right?
Yeah, that's not something she wants to do without IT's okay first!
