Why Haven’t We Seen True Dual 4K Monitors Yet?

I've been considering switching from my dual monitor setup to an ultra-wide monitor to enjoy a larger, uninterrupted display, especially for gaming. However, I want to make sure I don't sacrifice anything in resolution. Currently, I have two 4K monitors, and I'm not willing to go lower than that for my productivity and gaming needs. So far, I've only found monitors that offer dual QHD resolution, but I'd like to find a true dual 4K option. If there's already a model out there, could someone share the details or a link?

Have you checked out the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9? It's a whopping 57" and supports dual 4K. It might be exactly what you're looking for! Some people get confused by the term "dual UHD," but it definitely delivers that dual 4K experience you’re after.

Exactly! I had the same confusion with the 'dual UHD' label. It’s not as clear as just calling it dual 4K, right? Super glad it works for you!

I thought the same when I first saw it! The specs are a little misleading initially, but it’s a fantastic monitor.

One thing to consider is whether your graphics card can handle gaming on a 57" monitor with a resolution of 7680x2160. If it manages three 4K monitors, it should be fine, but it's always good to double-check. If you do decide to invest in that monitor, upgrading your graphics card might be worth looking into in the future!

I get that! It’s a significant investment, so I've been waiting for prices to drop too. A used model would definitely help a lot!

Totally! I’d wait until the price is right. Maybe one day, we'll see more options at a reasonable price.
