Why Is My 32GB RAM Only Showing 8GB Available?

I've got a computer with 32GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6000MHz, and for a while, it was working fine. However, I've noticed that it's using up 24-26GB of RAM lately, which leaves me with hardly 8GB for gaming and other tasks. Even though Task Manager shows only about 8GB in use, my RAM seems to be excessively consumed by something. I'm hoping to find a solution to fix this issue. Here's a link to my Task Manager screenshot for reference: [Images of task manager](https://imgur.com/a/pMt4COJ)

It sounds like you might be facing a memory issue where your system is using both physical RAM and the pagefile from your drive. From what you described, it appears you're actually maxing out your RAM usage, with around 26GB in use and another 25GB on your pagefile. That could slow things down considerably!

Do you happen to know what could be causing that? I’ve closed my recording software and a few other things, but I'm still struggling with high memory usage.
