I've got a 5060 Ti that works perfectly once Windows is up, but I'm having some trouble accessing the BIOS or safe mode. To do that, I have to swap in a CPU with integrated graphics. Here are my specs for context: I'm using an AMD R7 5700X (but the 3200G for troubleshooting), a GIGABYTE Windforce 5060 Ti OC with 16GB of RAM, a GIGABYTE B550m DS3H R2 motherboard (also tried a SOYO Monarch Dragon B550m), and a CHIEFTEC Vega 750W PSU. The strange thing is, I can get it to POST with a 14400F CPU, but not with any rig newer than that. Any suggestions on fixing this?

Have you looked into whether your BIOS is set to PCIe v4? I ran into a similar issue, and it turned out switching that setting to v3 solved everything for me.
Hey! This might sound odd, but some BIOS versions only output to the primary video port at boot, and once the system is up, it sends the signal to other ports. You could check your BIOS settings or try different cables and ports to see if that makes a difference. You should be able to access the BIOS by spamming the DEL key during boot, even if the display doesn't show anything at first. Good luck!
If you're running Windows, try holding the Shift key and selecting Restart. It should bring you to a blue screen with options to reach the BIOS or Safe Mode. It worked for me when I was stuck!
