I just set up a new 7600X with my GIGABYTE B650 Eagle AAX and 32GB of Corsair DDR5, but I've been noticing it runs really hot, hitting up to 95°C and staying in the 80s, even when I cap the FPS. I've tried undervolting it by -15V, limited the power to 75W, maxed out the fan speed on my NZXT 280mm AIO, and reapplied thermal paste evenly. Shouldn't this be enough to cool it down?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a cooler or mounting issue. A 7600X running near 95°C is concerning, especially since a good AIO should manage those temps better. Consider double-checking your pump alignment and the cooler's contact with the CPU.
Also remember that the orientation of the AIO can affect cooling. If it's not installed correctly or if it’s an older model, it might struggle to dissipate heat effectively. Have you checked how old your AIO is?
First things first, check if you removed the plastic wrap from the CPU cooler. It’s a rookie mistake but it happens!
Yeah, I made sure to take that off.
You might want to go into your BIOS and turn on eco mode. It reduces power draw to 65W, which can help keep temperatures down without a big hit to performance. I did something similar and noticed a drop in temps.
Yeah, I did try eco mode but set it to 75W instead.
95°C is definitely higher than what I'd expect for a 7600X. You might also consider if there is good airflow in your case; sometimes it’s the airflow that can make or break your cooling setup.
I think my AIO is mounted fine. I took extra care with that.
